In addition to FGD, survey is an important activity in assessing the implementation of KM. KM Readiness Survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the respondents (employees).
The approach used in the survey is a combination of KM Component models that contains People, Process, Technology (PPT) by Karl-Eric Sveiby, combined with SECI Knowledge Flow Model by Ikujiro Nonaka and Hirotaka Takeuchi (Socialization, externalization, Combination, Internalization).
The questionnaire is divided into three major sections:
- General knowledge of KM.
- Processes of Knowledge Management.
- Repair advice/expectations of KM Initiatives.
